Paradise Blend

Paradise Blend puts two roast levels in one bag, and that combination is what makes it work.

It's an exotic blend of varietals from Indonesia and Central and South America. Some of the beans are roasted Full City, our light roast, and the rest go all the way to French, our dark. Together they make a full-bodied cup graced by a slightly smoky flavor, with caramel undertones underneath it all.

That's why it's a good bag for anyone who can never decide between a light roast and a dark one. With Paradise you don't have to choose, because both are already in the cup.

It also makes a nice change of pace if you usually drink one of our single roast blends and want to see what a little smoke and caramel can do.

Paradise comes as a 12 oz bag or a 5 lb bag. Keep it whole bean, or have it ground for drip, a pour over cone or a French press before it ships.
