Mexico

Mexico is a single origin that's all about balance.

The flavor is very well balanced, with a delicate body. It's pleasantly dry and finishes crisp, so each sip feels clean and leaves you ready for the next one. Full City is where we take this one, and on the RoCo scale that means light roast, which suits a coffee this clean and delicate.

It's a great choice for people who like a lighter, cleaner cup in the morning, and it's an easy coffee to drink all day without wearing out your palate. Pour it next to a fuller coffee and the contrast is easy to taste.

Mexico is one of the three single origins in our Exciting Origins Adventure Pack, alongside Costa Rica and Brazil, each in a full 12 oz bag. It's a fun way to compare three origins on the same morning.

Bought on its own, Mexico comes in a 12 oz or 5 lb bag, whole bean or ground for a drip machine, a paper cone or a French press.
