Manual Therapy x Lt hip/LE, Rt LE x 30 minutes x soft tissue mobs, myofascial release, tender/trigger point release, joint mobs x maximal muscle guarding x maximal tenderness to palpation x Lt hip precautions. This is my version of “death by chocolate coffee” or “chocolate coffee bomb”.

I ground the beans for my espresso maker. I served it to a breakfast guest who proclaimed “ I think this is the best coffee I have ever tasted!” A robust blend with chocolate undertones. Delicious!
