I'm leery of your shipping department
Last year I placed an order and paid for it. Then it was canceled when Amora was sold. I had placed many orders with them fine. I placed an order with you that included a free cup and a tea bag press. The tea bag press never arrived even though I had called 5 times since Oct. Now 5 tea presses arrived in the mail.
